Role Description
As a Property Settlement Support professional, you will play a key role in managing the administrative and coordination tasks involved in property settlements. You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing settlement documentation and client files
- Coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, banks, and legal parties
- Supporting digital settlement processes (e.g., PEXA)
- Ensuring all pre-settlement conditions are met
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Providing updates and responding to client inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property settlements, conveyancing, or legal administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital settlement platforms
- Relevant certification or education in conveyancing, legal studies, or real estate (preferred)
