Role Description

The Junior Information Designer serves as a vital link between complex business data and clear visual communication, transforming raw information into engaging reports, infographics, and presentation materials for a diverse range of clients in both public and private industries. This role focuses on enhancing understanding and impact through strategic design, ensuring that all visual outputs effectively convey key insights while maintaining professional standards.

• Develop and format high-quality presentation decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides for client proposals, reports, and meetings.
• Design infographics and data visualizations that make intricate financial and business concepts easy to understand.
• Prepare customized business reports with a focus on maintaining a consistent, clean, and branded aesthetic.
• Provide design support to senior consultants for pitch decks, board-level presentations, and final client deliverables.
• Utilize visual storytelling techniques, including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography, to boost clarity and audience engagement.
• Partner with the research and analytics teams to convert data findings and insights into compelling visual formats.
• Organize and update design templates, brand guidelines, and a collection of reusable design assets.
