Role Description

We're looking for a Video Editor to produce high-quality video content across a range of formats and use cases for a fast-moving boutique growth marketing agency. This is a hands-on execution role where you will:

• Edit and deliver videos that are sharp, on-brand, and built to perform.
• Work across a combination of editing tools to achieve high standards.
• Turn raw footage and briefs into finished, polished deliverables.
• Deliver consistently across a range of content types without losing quality or momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven video editing experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats and styles.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
• Strong motion graphics and basic animation skills.
• Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Organized and reliable with strong project management habits.
• Fast and efficient without sacrificing quality.
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and incorporates feedback without friction.

Requirements

• Edit raw footage into polished, finished video deliverables across various formats.
• Work from briefs, storyboards, or reference examples.
• Apply sound judgment on pacing, cuts, transitions, and structure.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver revisions.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds, and visual effects as needed.
• Apply color grading and correction for a consistent look.
• Source and incorporate licensed music and sound effects.
• Manage project files, raw footage, and finished assets in an organized manner.
• Keep deliverables on schedule and communicate proactively.
• Size and format video deliverables correctly for each platform.
• Stay current on platform specifications and video trends.
• Adapt content across formats efficiently.
