About Us
We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.
As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.
Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.
We generate revenue through two primary streams:
- Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.
- Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units - helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.
Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

Extenteam is looking for a Remote Graphic Designer to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:
As a graphic designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is seen and remembered. From designing eye-catching social media posts and marketing materials to creating beautiful visuals for our website, email campaigns, and presentations, you’ll ensure that everything we produce reflects the vibrant, modern, and welcoming spirit of the company. Your creativity will help tell stories that resonate with vacationers, property owners, and franchise partners, using design to inspire trust and excitement Whether it’s crafting a digital ad, developing a new brochure, or enhancing our brand identity, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring fresh ideas to life. This is a chance to make a lasting impact through innovative, high-quality designs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Brand Media Management:
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Ensure consistency in colors, fonts, and overall design aesthetics.
Marketing Materials:
- Design brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials for print and digital use.
- Create compelling visuals for email campaigns, social media posts, and ads.
Website and Digital Content:
- Design graphics, banners, and other visual elements for the website.
- Collaborate with the web team to enhance the user experience through design.
Social Media Assets:
- Develop visually engaging posts, stories, and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create templates and assets that align with campaigns and brand guidelines.
Advertising and Campaign Support:
- Design graphics for digital ad campaigns, including display ads, retargeting banners, and social media ads.
- Create visuals that effectively communicate the campaign message and drive results.
Presentations and Reports:
- Design visually appealing presentations for internal use and client-facing meetings.
- Assist in creating polished reports with infographics and other visual enhancements.
Collaborative Projects:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
- Collaborate with franchise and property teams to develop materials tailored to their needs.
Event Design Support:
- Create event branding and materials, such as signage, banners, and digital screens.
- Design invitations, presentations, and promotional assets for company hosted events.
Photography and Video Assistance:
- Support photo and video editing efforts for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality visual consistency across all media formats.
Stay Updated on Design Trends:
- Keep up with current design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the company’s creative projects.
- Recommend new design approaches to enhance brand appeal and engagement.
File Management and Organization:
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, including logos, templates, and project files.
- Ensure all design files are accessible and properly archived.
Foundational Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to ask questions when unclear about a task or process.
Nice to Haves:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
and other design tools.
- Hospitality / Vacation rental industry experience, working with Hotels VRBO, AirBnB, etc.
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps
- i5 8th Gen or higher
- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
