[Hiring] Digital Video & Graphic Producer @Cineflix

Role Description

The independent contractor will provide remote digital video editing and graphic producer services from Brazil, in support of Cineflix’s monetised YouTube channels. The services will include creating thumbnails, shorts, cutdowns, compilations, and other digital derivatives that are designed to reach and engage YouTube audiences.

Scope of Services and Deliverables

• Design and produce YouTube thumbnails that support strong click-through, clear storytelling, and consistent channel branding.
• Produce channel and video graphic and in-video brand assets as required.
• Produce YouTube Shorts, cutdowns, compilations, and other digital derivatives from Cineflix programming.
• Design and prepare video and graphic assets accurately for publishing, working to agreed briefs, branding guidelines, specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Apply audience and performance learnings to improve creative choices across edits, thumbnails, and format packaging.
• Liaise with channel managers and production leads to support content testing, optimisation, and production workflows.
• Maintain organised project files, version histories, and delivery records.

Qualifications

• Strong conversational written and spoken English.
• Able to provide services remotely and communicate effectively in English with designated Cineflix contacts, using agreed systems and meeting reasonable communication and delivery requirements associated with the services.
• Hands-on experience editing video and designing graphics for YouTube, social video, or digital publishing.
• Strong visual judgement and understanding of how thumbnails, titles, pacing, and format choices influence audience behaviour.
• Experience producing high-volume digital assets using templates, repeatable processes, or batch workflows.
• Comfortable working with editing and design tools to create polished, platform-ready assets.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple deliverables independently, meet agreed timelines, and maintain accurate project and delivery records.
• Interest in YouTube performance, audience trends, and digital content optimisation.

Additional Experience of Interest

• Written and spoken language skills in LATAM and European languages.
• Experience working with factual, documentary, lifestyle, true crime, property, science, engineering, or archive television content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools for transcription, editing, graphics, localisation, or workflow support.
