[Hiring] Senior Product Designer @Ledn

Role Description

We're seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to supercharge our design and product function. As a Senior Product Designer at Ledn, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform's user experience. Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end design initiatives that improve client experiences, scale our internal capabilities, and ultimately grow Ledn's business through world-class UX.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, legal, finance, and client success to define, build, and launch products that deliver real business outcomes.
• This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning complex financial problems into simple, delightful, and measurable user experiences.
• Work directly with your engineering and product counterparts in a pod structure, handling the design execution for client-facing features as well as initiatives that scale the design function through better processes and use of technology/AI.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of Product Design experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex functional problems. Experience in Fintech or digital assets is a significant plus.
• High level of craft: A sharp eye for UI detail and a deep understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user psychology.
• AI-enhanced workflow: Active use of AI tools across your workflow — specifically leveraging AI to rapidly explore and diverge on multiple design directions at the start of a project, draft user flows and UX copy, map edge cases, and streamline handoff to Engineering.
• Mobile design expertise: Proven track record of designing native mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive mobile web experiences. Deep knowledge of mobile design guidelines, patterns, touch ergonomics, and mobile-first optimization is a strong differentiator.
• Proactive problem solver: You thrive in high-growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity — you don't wait for a pixel-perfect brief; you ask the right questions to create one.
• Growth strategy: Experience applying design-led growth strategies — such as optimizing onboarding funnels or refining conversion loops — to drive measurable user acquisition and retention.
• Exceptional communication: The ability to articulate the "why" behind your design decisions to stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Leadership.
• Experience in pod/agile structures: Proven ability to work embedded within engineering teams, managing multiple workstreams and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Fluency in English.

Requirements

• This is a Remote role and we are looking for employees willing to work within UTC-5 to UTC+0, aligned with Brazil business hours (BRT).
