Role Description
Splice's Brand Marketing team is looking for a Designer who ships strong creative work fast and owns it end to end, bringing the brand to life across ads, product campaigns, social media, and lifecycle marketing, while partnering with the Design Lead on larger initiatives across Splice's growing ecosystem of music tools.
The ideal candidate thrives in startup-style environments. They're comfortable working without a large design org around them day to day and making smart calls on their own. They iterate rapidly to produce experimental, of-the-moment work that stays true to Splice's visual brand and values while remaining flexible to change. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Art Direction.
What Youβll Do

Partner with the Design Lead on larger brand and marketing initiatives across Splice's growing ecosystem of samples and music tools.
-
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

3β5+ years of design experience, ideally including time at a startup or on a small team.
-
Skilled at adapting design systems across desktop, mobile, and print.
-
Fluent in working within an established brand system, with experience extending or building new brand identities.

-
Ability to work on multiple fast-moving projects at once.
-
Comfortable storyboarding, wireframing, and sketching ideas to effectively communicate your concepts to your collaborators.
