[Hiring] Brand & Marketing Designer @Element451

Role Description

As our Brand & Marketing Designer, you'll own how Element451 looks and feels everywhere our brand shows up. You'll steward our brand design system, bring our AI story to life through clear and memorable visuals, and give every team the tools to stay on brand. You'll be a creative partner to marketing, product, sales, and leadership, and you'll direct the outside partners who extend our team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a designer who cares as much about systems as craft.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• A portfolio that shows range, craft, and systems thinking
• Experience building brand systems and templates that scale across channels and teams
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh
• Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear visuals
• Hands-on motion design and short-form video editing skills
• Experience working with developers or web agencies to ship polished pages. You don't need to code.
• Experience managing outside creative partners
• Comfort with AI-assisted design workflows, and good judgment about where AI helps and where it doesn't
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without lowering the bar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at every level

Requirements

• Higher education experience (Nice to Have)
• Experience with HubSpot and common CMS platforms (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Notion (Nice to Have)
• Lottie, Jitter, or Rive for lightweight animation (Nice to Have)
• Frame.io or similar video review tools (Nice to Have)
