Role Description

Als Technisch Support Desk Medewerker bij LNRS Nextens ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met technische vragen en problemen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle binnenkomende meldingen via telefoon, e-mail en chat op een professionele en klantgerichte manier worden afgehandeld.

  • Het bieden van technische ondersteuning en advies aan klanten
  • Het registreren en opvolgen van binnenkomende meldingen
  • Het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen
  • Het doorsturen van complexe problemen naar de tweede lijns support
  • Het documenteren van oplossingen en procedures in de knowledge base
  • Het bijdragen aan continue verbetering van onze producten en diensten

Qualifications

  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een ICT technische richting
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van en ervaring met ICT technische support tools en systemen
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en klantgerichte instelling
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en een teamplayer
