Role Description

The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart.

  • Provide inbound phone support to Copart Members through the lifespan of their membership.
  • Show empathy in the workplace.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner.
  • Focus on "1st call resolution".
  • Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • High School diploma.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements

  • Must be able to show empathy in the workplace.
  • Occasional overtime as needed.
