Role Description
We're seeking an experienced Benefits Partner (Contract) to help implement and manage comprehensive benefits programs that support our employees' well-being and contribute to Anthropic's position as an employer of choice. You will partner closely with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs and Finance to create a smooth benefits administration experience for all employees as we grow.
- Manage day-to-day administration of our existing benefits offerings, including health plans, financial plans, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where Anthropic operates
- Assist with implementation, maintenance and ongoing support for benefits in our HRIS, including downstream vendor integrations
- Develop and deliver benefits training and documentation for all employees, e.g. benefits onboarding, open enrollment, new benefits launch, etc.
- Collaborate with finance to manage benefits budgets and analyze cost-effectiveness of programs
- Support employee benefits tickets and manage relationships with vendors and brokers
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of benefits experience, preferably in a high growth environment
- Previous experience with implementing and managing international benefits
- Previous experience with Rippling and Workday benefits implementation
- Strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver amazing results
- Exceptional communicator, particularly in writing
Requirements
- Education requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Compensation (USD): This role is a contract and the expected base pay range for this role is $110 per hour, 40 hours per week maximum
- Starting with a 6-month engagement and potential to extend
- This role will be employed through our 3rd party talent partner
- Role Specific Location Policy: While we currently expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, this role is exempt from the policy to come into a hub but would need to operate during regular Pacific Time zone working hours
- Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate
