Role Description
The DCX Client Services - Home Based Support Staff Members will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position.
- Sample Ordering – Both Apparel and Non-Apparel
- Factory Follow ups – getting tracking and sending to the client
- Update Production Status in SAP Google Sheet – Apparel Production Dashboard
- Creating presentations with APC presentation tool, Sage, and PowerPoint presentations
- Checking Supplier Inventory for Specific Items – FedEx/UPS Label creation
- Vendor meetings
- General product info checks
- Webstore user account creation
- Product entry/upload
Qualifications
- Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused individual
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Education: College degree in Communications or Marketing or any related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, Client Service Representative, or any related roles
- Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
