Role Description
This role involves working as a Customer Service & Travel Advisor on an independent contractor basis.
- Assist clients in planning and booking personalized travel experiences
- Handle travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, car rentals, and excursions
- Provide timely, professional communication and service throughout the planning process
- Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry promotions
- Complete training modules and attend ongoing webinars for continued growth
- Promote your services through online channels and personal outreach as desired
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow
- Reliable internet access and smartphone (laptop recommended)
- A genuine interest in travel and creating great client experiences
