Role Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to announce openings for German Speaking Tech Support roles with some of the leading tech companies in the industry. As a member of the tech support team, you will assist German-speaking clients with technical inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions.

Deliver exceptional tech support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to diverse products and services.
Effectively communicate solutions to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting steps.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve service quality and technical solutions.
Stay updated on product updates and technical advancements to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications

Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
Previous experience in tech support or IT-related roles is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with IT systems, software, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
