Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients across various sectors, including technology, e-commerce, and telecommunications.
- Offer comprehensive technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Educate clients on product features and provide best practices to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
- Experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
- Experience in technology-related sectors such as e-commerce or telecommunications is advantageous.
