Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and have a flair for customer service. As a key member of our support team, you will assist German-speaking customers with their technical issues, ensuring they receive accurate and timely assistance.
- Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues related to our products and services.
- Educate customers on product features and offer guidance to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and best practices in technical support.
- Engage in training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and improving user experience.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
