Role Description

- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, status updates, and product information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including product specifications and market trends.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records to support quality assurance.
- Support promotional activities and provide feedback on customer insights to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive sector.
