Role Description
This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity, allowing them to assist clients in fortifying their IT security frameworks.
- Engage with German-speaking clients to evaluate their IT support needs and recommend effective cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' IT infrastructures to identify vulnerabilities and propose strategic enhancements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for IT support and cybersecurity to ensure clients are well-protected against threats.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to clients in the implementation and utilization of cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless deployment of IT support services and security measures.
- Maintain open communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in cybersecurity and IT support to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both German and English, with outstanding communication skills.
- Proven experience in IT support or cybersecurity consulting, particularly in client-facing roles.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and cybersecurity technologies.
- Self-motivated and proactive in building and managing client relationships.
