Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the entertainment industry and enjoy delivering top-notch customer support. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist German-speaking subscribers with inquiries regarding their accounts, content recommendations, and technical support, ensuring a seamless streaming experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking customers.
- Assist subscribers with inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, and platform features.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Educate customers on how to navigate the streaming platform and discover new content.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay updated on streaming service offerings, trends, and product features.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online streaming services and digital platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer management software and digital communication tools.
