Role Description
This role involves fostering a positive online environment for French-speaking users by moderating content and engaging with the community across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
- Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely support and fostering an inviting community.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams.
- Conduct research on trending topics within the French-speaking audience to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with content teams to suggest improvements and develop relevant content that resonates with the audience.
- Prepare reports on user interactions and content trends to provide insights for strategic development.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices for effective content moderation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills along with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
- Proficiency with content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
