Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals with a strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to assist French-speaking clients in enhancing their online presence through effective search engine strategies.
- Provide personalized consultation to French-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Guide customers in utilizing search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising efforts.
- Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on search engine best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of client strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
