Role Description
This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in French who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve a wide range of IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist clients in navigating the company’s products and solutions, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their use.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions in the support system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex technical challenges.
- Keep clients informed about new features, product updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of product offerings and industry changes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English are required.
- Prior experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to address technical issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
