- Deliver exemplary customer service to French-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and inquiries about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and product availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and provide insights for service improvements.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate assistance.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
