Role Description
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Booking Travel Contractor from Home. In this freelance role, you will be responsible for handling travel bookings for clients, ensuring they have seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals.
- Research, recommend, and book travel options, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
- Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries that ensure a streamlined travel experience.
- Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions and bookings.
- Stay informed on travel trends, regulations, and industry changes to provide accurate advice.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize booking platforms and tools effectively to manage client reservations and travel needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel booking and planning is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research capabilities and attention to detail.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.
- Proficient in using online travel booking systems and technology.
- A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
