Role Description
This role involves assisting clients with their travel plans by expertly managing and processing bookings.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research, evaluate, and book travel options, including flights, hotels, and activities.
- Prepare and provide detailed itineraries and confirmations for client bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination highlights, and industry regulations.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or inquiries that clients may have.
- Provide exceptional support and follow-up throughout the booking process to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel booking or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using online booking platforms and travel management tools.
