Role Description
This role involves being part of a multifunctional team based at the Client's Facilities, responsible for addressing any Operational requirements from the Client (Drivers or Fleet Managers), proposing improvements in line with the company's policy to which they are assigned.
- Manage the Complete Product from an Operations perspective to resolve any client requirements (Drivers or Fleet Managers) such as Purchases, Insurance, Management, End of Lease, SOS.
- Provide personalized attention to VIP users.
- Maintain updated controls and databases with the Client's Fleet information.
- Resolve and escalate in a timely manner (with the Operations and/or Commercial area) any situation that compromises the business relationship and work together with the Fleet Partner Solution.
- Support in the implementation and design of communication campaigns related to Fleet Management; maintain effective communication with Element's Operational areas.
- Generate Purchase Orders, provisions (annual or monthly), validate invoices, and follow up on payments (Contractual).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Industry, or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Preferably, KAM or similar position).
- Experience in Leasing (Preferably of Vehicles).
- Driving light vehicles.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership skills (Formal or Informal).
- Open to change with a solution-focused approach; sometimes with partial information.
- Decision-making under pressure with risk analysis.
- Excellent task follow-up and quick learning.
- Teamwork and cooperation.
- Adaptability to diverse company cultures.
- Desirable experience in Leasing (Preferably of Vehicles).
