Role Description
This role involves supporting the COO by managing scheduling, streamlining communication, and supporting key operational initiatives—all while working remotely with a high degree of autonomy and impact.
- Manage and optimize the COO’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison with internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Support project tracking and assist with strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years in executive support or similar roles
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proficiency with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, and Google Workspace
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong attention to detail
