Role Description
We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our core team at the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a best-in-class service.
- Report the effects of work, KPIs to the Master Data Manager
- Secure tasks related to the master data management processes and ensure effective cooperation with other departments
- Demonstrate understanding of the business environment in the given area (awareness of supplier and customer data management area and specifics would be a plus)
- Participate and support the transition of activities to SSC in Warsaw
- Active participation in periodical reporting and data analytics activities
- Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within the led team and externally)
- Ensure process quality with effective issue solution implementation
- Standardize Master Data processes
- Responsibility for the compliance of the entrusted process with the specified data management policy and other internal and external regulations
- Update Data Management policies and SOP procedures
- Support Data Management related projects and GBS Strategy
Qualifications
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in Global Master Data Management
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong analytical background
- High Excel skills
- Reporting experience
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Proficiency in ERP systems is nice to have
