Role Description

Beam is searching for exceptional founders to join our Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) program—a fast-track opportunity to validate, launch, and scale a high-potential aviation venture in the Middle East.

Work closely with Beam and strategic partners in the airport and parcel logistics industries.
Leverage expertise and access to an unparalleled network.
Prove that you can build a viable, investment-ready business with real industry advantages.

Qualifications

Committed to launching a startup.
Confident in understanding complex issues with high curiosity and initiative.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successful endeavors.
Personable communication style, able to relate to others and simplify complex information.
Active part of a startup ecosystem with a valuable network in technology and logistics sectors.
Professional experience in technology and plant manufacturing, with at least two years in a startup.
Ability to identify a clear company vision and market opportunity, prepared to defend it with data.
Talent for finding solutions and thriving in ambiguity.
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
Internal compass of ethics and values guiding decision-making.
Business fluent in English.
Based (ideally) in Doha or Dubai.

Requirements

Choose a pre-validated aviation problem from Beam's initial research.
Startup concept must connect to BEUMER Group's advantages.
Receive advice and coaching on growing your business idea.
Access to a network of experts to accelerate your startup.
Support in searching for suitable co-validators/co-founders.
Opportunity to meet other EiRs and founders in Beam's universe.
Monthly stipend of 2,500 € (gross), with potential increase based on performance metrics.

Not suitable for active students; requires full-time commitment.
Over 80% of EiRs do not complete the program due to inability to prove market viability or entrepreneurial capabilities.
