Role Description
Our Bilingual Care Team Representative plays a vital role in delivering premier customer service and support, ensuring that customer satisfaction is not only maintained but exceeded.
- Daily inbound/outbound customer interaction by Phone/E-Mail/Chat/SMS
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers through the above channels in English or Spanish
- Updates, reviews and acts on status and dashboard reports
- Proactively ensure QME physicians have the best possible experience working with MDpanel
- Actively engage with all members of the team, including vendors
- Act as a second level of support for our vendors
- Learn and support internal platforms and tools to provide the best customer outcome
- Identify process and product improvements, works collaboratively with cross-functional teams focused on meeting customer needs
- Create and maintain SOP’s and/or knowledge articles to aid in team learning and ensure consistency throughout the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Eager to collaborate with others and respect their feedback
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare, legal, clinic setting.
- Comfortable with the use of technology
- Acts with a sense of urgency
- Detail oriented
- Proactive mindset

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Requirements
- Remote work setting
- Minimal (5%) travel for in-person meetings and functions
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Rotating Weekends and Evenings
- Some Holidays
- Hours may vary depending on projects, deadlines, time zones, and business operation needs
