No previous industry experience is necessary. Training, resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn the systems and processes used in the role.

• Communicate with new and existing clients
• Determine client needs, preferences, and priorities
• Research available options based on client requests
• Provide clients with appropriate recommendations
• Assist with reservation and planning details
• Confirm information and review details for accuracy
• Answer client questions and provide assistance
• Maintain organized client information and records
• Follow up regarding outstanding decisions or information
• Participate in required training and development

Qualifications
