Role Description

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help transform their vacation ideas into well-planned travel experiences. You'll provide guidance, coordinate reservations, answer travel-related questions, and ensure clients feel supported throughout every step of the planning process. • Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, schedules, and vacation expectations
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences
• Present customized vacation recommendations based on client goals, budgets, and travel styles
• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements using approved supplier and booking platforms
• Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and departure information
• Assist clients with reservation changes, itinerary revisions, and special accommodation requests
• Review reservations and travel details to help ensure all information is accurate before departure
• Monitor active bookings and provide timely updates throughout the planning process
• Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and communication history within company systems
• Utilize preferred supplier partnerships and company resources to deliver exceptional client service
• Continue developing industry knowledge through training sessions, supplier updates, and destination education

• Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
