Role Description

This 1099 independent-contractor opportunity allows qualified professionals to work from home, select available servicing hours, and support established nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This is not a sales or solicitation position. All donor calls are strictly inbound. You will not make outbound calls, cold-call, solicit donations, search for donors, or sell products or services. Donors call voluntarily after responding to established nonprofit campaigns. Your role is to answer calls professionally and accurately process pledges or contributions.

• Answer inbound donor calls
• Follow campaign scripts and procedures
• Enter pledge and donation information accurately
• Confirm donor and transaction details
• Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Follow quality and compliance standards
• Meet attendance and performance expectations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of remote customer-service experience or 1 year of onsite customer-service experience
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
• Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking
• Professional and dependable work habits
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace

Requirements

• Windows 11 computer
• Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Wired high-speed internet with direct Ethernet connection
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Dual monitors are recommended
• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted

Benefits
