Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Member Services Associate to assist individuals, families, union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and provide helpful education about available benefits. Responsibilities

• Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Complete needs-based discussions
• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage
• Answer questions and provide timely client support
• Follow up to maintain strong professional relationships
• Keep organized records and complete required documentation
• Participate in ongoing coaching and team development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong listening and relationship-building ability
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computer systems and virtual tools
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
