[Hiring] Lifestyle Concierge - English Speaker @Ten Group

Role Description

As a Lifestyle Generalist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our members, helping them get the most out of life. You’ll handle a wide range of interesting and often complex requests across:

• Travel – planning bespoke itineraries and securing unique experiences
• Retail – sourcing exclusive products or hard-to-find items
• Entertainment – arranging restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences

Using your research skills, creativity, and excellent communication, you’ll deliver tailored solutions that exceed our members’ expectations – always within agreed timeframes. You’ll also play a key role in sharing knowledge and best practices with your team and across our global business.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• A positive, proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
• Confidence in dealing with high-end clients and delivering outstanding service
• Knowledge of travel, dining, entertainment, or retail industries is a plus – but not essential

Requirements

• Native-level business English skills for communication with English-speaking members
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressure
• Able to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus
• Remote role in Australia; 40-hour week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
