Requirements

• Handling incoming client communications via phone, email, and live messaging with fluid professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
• Investigating and fixing detailed booking discrepancies and payment inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Staying informed on international travel regulations and internal software tools to offer accurate, high-level guidance to clients.
• Documenting all client interactions thoroughly within the corporate CRM to maintain precise account histories.
• Reaching individual efficiency targets while teaming up with an international workforce to sustain top-grade service standards.
