Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Italian Customer Care Agent | E-Commerce position in Greece. • Deliver high-quality customer service support via phone, email, and chat for a global retail brand.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries within the e-commerce ecosystem.
• Resolve complex consumer issues related to both online shopping and physical retail store experiences.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions to ensure data accuracy and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics or supply chain challenges impacting the customer.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction scores by offering efficient, brand-aligned solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest retail trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable, expert-level advice.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory for these Italian-speaking jobs).
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex CRM systems with ease.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and a professional tone.
