• Provide high-quality support to customers regarding their travel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist travelers with modifications, cancellations, and inquiries regarding their Booking.com accommodations.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by proactively identifying and resolving travel-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge within the global travel and hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with international teams to uphold service standards and efficiency for our travel partners.
• Handle sensitive information and payment-related queries with absolute discretion and professionalism.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects the premium nature of the travel sector.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to ensure smooth communication within our international work environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Previous experience in the travel industry, hospitality, or customer service is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
