• Support Danish-speaking customers for an international brand
• Communicate via phone, chat, and email
• Find solutions and resolve customer issues
• Follow up on cases from start to finish
• Ensure customers have a positive experience

• Be part of an international team

There are different Customer Support projects available, so your exact tasks can vary depending on the project.

Requirements

No Customer Support experience? No stress. You'll receive full training from certified instructors, so you'll be properly prepared for your new role.
