Role Description

Are you a Dutch speaker looking for a new professional opportunity in Greece? We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support project within the Travel & Hospitality sector. The opportunity is open both to candidates already living in Greece and to those interested in relocating to Athens.

You will support Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their enquiries and providing a professional and positive customer experience through different communication channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good English (B2+)
• Previous customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism or a similar environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive and service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy
• Availability to work flexible shifts
