[Hiring] Customer Support & Sales Agent @eCarsTrade

Role Description

eCarsTrade is one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B online used-car auction platforms: 18,000+ vehicles listed weekly, 20,000+ active dealers, 45% year-on-year growth. As part of our commercial organisation, we're hiring a Customer Support & Sales Agent to help our accounts buy with confidence and grow with us.

This role combines sales and customer care. You'll be a go-to contact for accounts on our platform, from their first questions before they buy to their first winning bid and beyond. You'll help them find the right cars, guide them through the auction process, and sell along the way. Because you'll know those customers better than anyone, you'll also be the one who spots the accounts with real growth potential and helps them take the next step with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, inside sales or a customer-facing commercial role. Automotive or B2B is a plus.
• A genuine service mindset combined with strong commercial instinct: you enjoy helping people, and you enjoy closing.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of conversations across phone, WhatsApp and email, and switching easily between support and sales.
• A curious eye for opportunity. You notice when an account is ready to grow.
• Organised, proactive and autonomous.
• German and English mandatory. Russian, Romanian or other Eastern European languages are a strong plus.
