Role Description

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to support clients with questions, scheduling, reservations, and general service coordination from home. As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll help keep communication clear, organize important details, and assist with planning needs involving confirmations, accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary information when applicable. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
