Role Description

We are looking for a confident, personable appointment setter to speak with women interested in fitness coaching, understand their goals and book suitable prospects for a consultation. This phone-based role suits someone who enjoys conversations, takes ownership and follows through on the details.

What you will do

• Speak with prospective clients by phone and assess their interest.
• Ask qualification questions and explain the next step clearly.
• Book consultations with accurate calendar and time-zone details.
• Follow up through permitted phone, text and email channels.
• Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling professionally.
• Keep CRM records accurate and respect contact preferences.
• Share useful notes and collaborate with the team to improve booking quality.

Qualifications

• Appointment-setting, sales or customer-service experience.
• Experience in women's fitness, wellness or coaching sales is preferred.
• Active listening and a warm phone manner.
• Strong follow-up, CRM and calendar skills.
• Reliable internet, a working headset and a quiet setting for calls.

Requirements

• Paid onboarding and training.
• A consistent weekday schedule and remote work.
• Calling tools, scripts, qualification guidance and structured feedback.
• The opportunity to contribute ideas and develop broader responsibilities over time.

Benefits

• This is a remote, part-time role based in the United States or Canada.
• Pay is $22 to $26 USD per hour, depending on relevant experience, plus $10 for each qualified attended consultation under a written bonus plan.
• The schedule starts at 10 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am to noon America/Chicago, following Chicago daylight saving time.
• Required training, calls, follow-up and administration are paid.
• Additional hours are agreed in advance. Lead volume and bonus earnings vary.
