Role Description

The Customer Experience Agent will be a trusted voice as you lead inbound conversations with confidence and guide interactions in a way that solves customer issues using critical thinking, sound judgment, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Maintain high scores for customer experience.
• Must work from an allowable state within the US.
• Computer with at least 16g RAM, monitor, wired headset, ethernet cable, camera, and strong internet.
• Successfully pass a 10-year background check and the drug test.
• Successfully pass online Harver assessment measuring reasoning, decision-making, and behavioral strengths.
• Successful completion of the online training class is required to become approved and certified to work as a Customer Experience Agent.
• Client Experience Agents work remotely as Independent Contractors.

Training

• Certification training is provided by the end client in a structured online environment which typically lasts for several weeks.
