Role Description

We are seeking a bilingual Associate PACE Specialist to support homeowners throughout the financing application process. This is an entry-level, development-focused opportunity for someone interested in growing their knowledge of financing, customer engagement, pipeline management, and consultative sales.

• Communicate directly with homeowners
• Provide application updates
• Collect outstanding documentation
• Re-engage prospective customers
• Help keep applications moving forward
• Work closely with experienced PACE Specialists while receiving ongoing training, coaching, and development

This role is designed as a pathway into a PACE Specialist position with a base salary plus commission structure. As you build your knowledge, demonstrate proficiency, and become comfortable managing the customer journey, you will have the opportunity to take on greater ownership and develop into a more sales-focused role with increased earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and follow-up activities
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to learn financing programs, eligibility requirements, systems, and processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping
• Ability to work remotely from one of the approved states
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, inside sales, financial services, call center operations, or another customer-facing role
• Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management system preferred
• Experience managing customer follow-up, leads, or a sales pipeline preferred
• Interest in developing into a consultative sales position preferred

Requirements

• Fully remote position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Shifts scheduled within either the Pacific or Eastern operating window
• Frequent customer communication by phone, email, and text
• Performance-driven environment with established customer engagement and pipeline expectations
• Ongoing coaching, training, and call shadowing
• Clear development path toward a base-plus-commission PACE Specialist role
