Role Description

We are seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Representatives. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning by researching available options, coordinating requested services, and providing timely support throughout the process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, managing details, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Gather information about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Help clients review suitable choices and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Keep reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details organized and current.
• Provide updates, respond to routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard booking changes when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
