Role Description

We're looking for dependable, client-focused individuals to assist with communication, scheduling, follow-up, and travel-related service needs in a remote environment. As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll help clients stay informed, keep important details organized, and support reservations, itinerary updates, accommodations, transportation, or activities when needed. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather dates, preferences, and important details
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-up
• Provide updates and next-step information
• Assist with reservation and itinerary details
• Research options when needed
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
