Role Description

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Assistance Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning by researching options, coordinating requested services, and providing dependable support throughout the process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, researching solutions, staying organized, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Learn about client preferences, destinations, travel dates, budgets, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Help clients compare options and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide updates, answer routine questions, follow up on pending items, and assist with standard changes.
• Maintain accurate client records and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
