Role Description

We are seeking dependable, solution-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Solutions Representative. In this role, you will support clients with vacation planning by researching suitable options, helping coordinate requested services, and providing clear guidance throughout the process. This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy assisting others, solving problems, managing details, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Gather client information including destination interests, travel dates, budgets, preferences, and special requests.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Help clients review available choices and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Keep confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Respond to routine questions, provide updates, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
