Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate destination planning, reservations, and important travel details from home.

As a Remote Client Destination Coordinator, you'll support clients by:

• Gathering client dates, preferences, and priorities
• Researching destination and accommodation options
• Assisting with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinating transportation, activities, and scheduling details
• Providing updates and following up on pending items
• Helping manage changes or special requests
• Maintaining accurate client and planning records

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
